At Mindful Nurseries, we pride ourselves on nurturing individuality in every child. We believe that our nurseries are more than childcare – we are a family.
Our dedicated team ensures that children feel supported, encouraged, and inspired every day.
We offer a unique blend of free-flow play, allowing children to move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor environments while choosing their own toys and activities. This approach promotes independence, creativity, and social development.

The Curiosity Approach provides fantastic sensory and learning opportunities. Children learn through natural, holistic materials and real-life objects, helping them explore the world around them.

We are open 51 weeks a year, providing childcare in Addiscombe for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
We offer a nurturing environment where children of all ages and stages can interact, grow, and learn from one another in a mixed age group setting.
All our activities align with the EYFS framework, and our nursery is inspected by Ofsted.
We also offer extra activities like music classes, baby massage, and more, all contributing to your child’s holistic development.
healthy early years london
Mindful Nurseries is proud to be taking part in Healthy Early Years London (HEYL). It is an awards scheme funded by the Mayor of London which supports and recognises achievements in child health, wellbeing and development in early years settings.
HEYL will help to reduce health inequalities by supporting a healthy start to life across themes that include healthy eating, oral and physical health and early cognitive development.

If you’re looking for a nursery in Addiscombe, you're in the right place! Registering your child at our nursery is easy.
Get in touch directly or book a show-around to see the nursery space and meet the team. From there, we’ll provide you with a registration link, which takes only 5 minutes to complete.

We accept the government's tax-free childcare account, vouchers (from most providers) and Direct Debit payments. We have a 5% discount for siblings and other discounts available to "people who help us" - ask on your show around.
